Due to high demand, we sometimes have a waiting list for pampering appointments. Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to book and we can add you to our waiting list or arrange an appointment. Nail trim appointments are available and can be done while you wait 😊

All customers are required to complete a grooming consent form on their first pampering visit. Appointments are booked in advance and payment is due on the day. If you miss two consecutive appointments, we may require full payment to be made upon booking your next appointment which will be non-refundable should you miss your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse to give you further appointments if you continually miss or cancel appointments.
